SA can be a huge success. By SA I mean to include all of us, her citizens. There is absolutely nothing wrong with our country. The solution to what is still missing, lies with us, her people. What each of us do, or neglect to do, works together and forms the SA we experience every day. One can ask “how can my small contribution as one of tens of millions make any difference?” or say “someone else is to be blamed for what is happening”. But it is because we think we cannot make a contribution by ourselves, that we give up and become the victim of such thinking. Each of us is capable of influencing those who come into contact with us. So that they can also see that we all, as South Africans, if we each do our part, can look forward to a bright future in this wonderful country of ours. A day when we will all have jobs and sufficient food, all our children will have an even better future than we had to look forward to, and when we will respect each other as equal creations of God.
For all South-Africans to be in a position to provide for their families, to offer their children a future, to make a contribution to their country, to be proud of South Africa and the individual contributions of their compatriots. That each will have the oppportunity to meet and serve Jesus and God the Father.
my vision for SA
How will we be able to do this? When each of us starts to realise that we are loved by God and uniquely made for a purpose. When the joy of being loved by Him, and the confidence knowing my divine purpose, will move me to change myself into a better South African. When the example of my life, and the commitment with which I live it, starts to give those close to me hope for the future. Then South Africa will start to turn around and we will all start to reap the benefits.
Stop complaining that the politicians should be less corrupt and serve us more, that rich people should share more, that criminals should kill or steal less, that others should respect us more.
Let’s show them that God loved us first, that we, as His children, have the power, courage and spirit to take the lead and change ourselves first. Then South Africa will become an example to the world of a diverse people who became one nation. A nation who overcame their differences and challenges. A nation the world can learn from.
Make your light shine, so others will see the good you do and will praise your Father in heaven.
Matthew 5:16 CEV
I will bless you with a future filled with hope—a future of success, not of suffering. You will turn back to me and ask for help, and I will answer your prayers.
Jeremiah 29:11-12 CEV
Do your part – as a government employee to serve the people, as an entrepreneur to create jobs, as a worker to do your work as best as you can, as a parent to raise your children responsibly, as a young person to study hard and improve yourself.
Do your work willingly, as though you were serving the Lord himself, and not just your earthly master.
Colossians 3:23 CEV
